We’re currently looking for full-time painters and team leaders who are passionate about their craft, care deeply about the details, and enjoy working as part of a professional team.
Whether you're a seasoned painter ready to lead or someone with solid experience and a great work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Completing interior and exterior painting projects for residential and commercial clients
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail on every job
Working both independently and alongside a crew of other POSH professionals
Potentially taking on team leadership responsibilities (based on experience)
The ideal candidate has:
Professional painting experience (interior/exterior)—experience is a strong asset, but we’re willing to train the right person
High attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
A reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites across HRM
A positive attitude and a desire to grow with a locally loved company!
